Britannia Break Cue

British pool break cue designed for the very discerning. Smash the pack with this ultimate breaking cue. 57-inch full-length cue. Crafted using the finest Canadian Hard Rock Maple to provide the hardest hit and thus the best possible break. Maple ensures maximum force is applied to the cue ball and with its ultra-smooth shaft finish creates less drag than a normal ash cue.  This cue is made ultra-light at 14-15 oz to ensure it will move with the highest speed when cueing for your break shot.  Super strong Phenolic resin 11.5 mm ferrule and extra hard Grand leather tips are used to maximise the transition of force from cue to ball. All this technology will give you the best break possible. The cue is finished with an attractive front hand splice of Black Gabon Ebony, Ebony veneer and Canadian Hard Rock Maple. This front splice is then inlaid with the famous engraved Britannia black enamelled Mother of Pearl disc badge and a leather butt pad is fitted and hand-sanded to protect the cue from bangs and knocks.

This full-size, one piece 57″ (145 cm) British pool cue is made from kiln dried top-grade North American ash, selected to the absolute highest standard. Traditional hand splicing techniques are used to combine the highest grade straight grained, stiff ash with the blackest and densest Gabon ebony, the butt is then further hand spliced with 4 splices of Tulipwood timber and embellished with natural Sycamore veneers. A high tensile machined quick release brass joint is fitted in the base of the butt. This allows precise, reliable and rapid action when using the included 6 inch (15 cm) mini butt which means you can lengthen your cue for extra reach shots. The High tensile matching brass ferrule is precisely fitted to the cue to strengthen the ash tip and enables us to offer this cue in small tip sizes from 6.5 to 8.5mm. Traditional chrome tanned leather medium Grand tips are fitted, compressed and even shaped for your convenience. This cue includes a weighted and badged 6 inch (15 cm) mini butt when fitted extends the cue to 63 inch (160 cm) length. The smoothed and hand finished butt flat and the mini butt are both adorned with a unique individual genuine Mother of Pearl Britannia disc badge which is engraved and black enamelled setting off this stunning cue.
